Delivery information for standard customers
We want you to enjoy using your Time2 purchase straight away, that's why we offer same day dispatch on all of our products when ordered before 12pm (Monday-Friday). Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed on Monday. Shipping to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping charge. The table below shows you when you can expect to receive your items:

All our products are shipped from the UK. Shipping to Eire and the Scottish Highlands and Islands may incur an additional shipping charge. Delivery to anywhere outside the UK is also available at an extra charge, please contact us for details before placing your order.
Android Tablet PCs
Our Android Tablet PCs are shipped by Recorded Signed For™ which means if you order before 12pm Monday - Friday, your delivery is USUALLY delivered next working day and requires a signature. Click here for further details about the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™.
A signature is required on delivery. If no-one is around when the order is being delivered, please do not worry, Royal Mail will leave a card that will inform you that the delivery has been attempted along with the instructions as to what to do next.
Other Accessories
All of our other accessories and products are sent by Royal Mail which means if you order before 12pm Monday - Friday, we will aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.
