Q: How do I redeem the voucher code?
A: After adding the product to your basket, enter your voucher code on the next page in the "Enter Promotion Code" text box and press "Apply".
Q: My voucher code does not work. Am I doing something wrong?
- In the first instance, please allow 72 hours after the end of the deal for your voucher code to be activated.
- If you are still unable to redeem your voucher, please ensure that you have typed the voucher code correctly (including any characters e.g. hyphen). See our video for a step-by-step guide on how to redeem your voucher.
- If this is unsuccessful, please send an email to support@time2.co with your name and voucher code.
Q: My voucher worked previously but no longer works. Can you help?
A: The voucher code is for one-time use only. If you experienced a problem during your first usage, please send an email to support@time2.co with your name and voucher code.
Q: I’m concerned that the deal ended yesterday but I still have not redeemed my voucher. What happens now?
A: No problem. Regardless of when the deal ends on KGB Deals, you can still redeem your code on the Time2 Website.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Please consult the terms of the deal on our partner site.
Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payments by phone.

A: Yes, the tablet is compatible with all our 7” cases, please click here for our range of cases.
Q: Does the tablet come with the Marketplace?
A: Yes, the tablet is pre-installed with the official Android Marketplace where you can download 1000’s of apps.
Delivery
Q: If I order today, when can I expect delivery?
A: If your item is purchased through our partner sites (e.g. Groupon, KGB Deals, Wowcher etc.), please refer to the terms of the deal for dispatch times as stated on the listing. This is usually between 7 and 28 days after the end of the deal.
For customers purchasing directly from our website, we guarantee same day dispatch on your Tablet PC if you order before 12pm (Monday-Friday). Orders made after 12pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery, usually on Tuesday.
Q: Do you ship outside the UK?
A: Yes, we ship outside of the UK for an additional cost. International buyers should contact us before placing an order.
Q: Who will deliver my product?
A: We dispatch all of our Tablet PCs by Royal Mail. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence. Our other products and accessories are dispatched by Royal Mail First Class.

Q: Can I install apps onto the Tablet like games and other useful software?
A: Yes, You can via the "Google Android Market" which is readily available and pre-installed onto the device. Just two clicks will have your chosen app installed onto your Time2Touch. You can also install apps made for android which are available on many other websites.
Q: Is the Tablet 3G compatible?
A: All tablets PCs offered on the site are 3G compatible. To activate this you would need to purchase a Huawei WCDMA E1750 dongle which would then allow you to use a SIM card from any major UK network to access the 3G network. It is simple to use but we also provide setup instructions. To purchase the dongle please click here.
Q: Does the Tablet support YouTube?
A: Yes it does. The YouTube App can be downloaded from the Android Market.
Q: Does it support Flash?
A: Yes, our Time2Touch HC701A supports Adobe Flash 10.1
Q: Does it support Flash animation?
A: Yes, Android 2.2 does support flash animation.
Q: Can I use this as an MP3 or MP4 Player?
A: Yes, the Tablet PC comes with 4GB of built-in memory and you can further expand its memory up to 32GB using a SD memory card. Memory cards are available to purchase from us, click here to view them.
Q: Does it support Amazon Kindle?
A: Yes, the Tablet PC does support Amazon Kindle. This app can be downloaded directly from the Android Market onto your Time2Touch.
Q: What sort of HDMI cable do the Time2Touch Tablet need?
A: The Time2Touch needs a mini HDMI Cable, these are available to purchase from us, click here to view them.
Q: Do the Time2Touch tablets come with a warranty?
A: Yes, all Tablets we sell come with a 12 month Manufacturer Warranty.
Returns
Q: What if I don't like my tablet PC, can I return it within a certain time?
A: Yes, We offer a 7 day returns policy if you do not like it or are not happy with it for any reason. Please send it back to us in original packing / unused, in other words in a re-sellable condition and we will refund your money.
You will be responsible for its safe return. The postage costs for its return are non-refundable. We advise you to use recorded delivery or a delivery service that can be tracked and traced as parcels that do not arrive back to us cannot be refunded. Please include your order number and delivery address. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the item less a restocking fee of 20% of the selling price.
Q: Some sellers describe the tablet as an iPad replacement, is that true?
A: The Time2Touch Tablet PC is not an iPad replacement but a great alternative if you want the flexibility and portability of a Tablet PC but at a great price. We believe that for its price our Tablet PC is very good value for money and that it’s probably the best spec available on the market today within this price-range.
